Dr Lamees Al Shamsi is more than just a medical practitioner. Going beyond her scope of practice, she has worked her magic on women in providing innovative and creative skin care treatment with her own line of products – Shiffa.

Using the highest quality of organic ingredients, she initially started her endeavour with one product. Within a period of just two years, she progressed to manufacturing over 23 retail products. A range of spa products were also included under the Shiffa brand name that were extensively distributed locally and internationally.

In 2005, Shiffa sold more than 3,500 worth of retail products and almost twice as much of spa products.

Widely known for its effective results, the Shiffa line of products and treatment is available at the Peninsula Spa in Beverly Hills Salon, which is recognized by Conde Nast as the World’s Number 1 in spa treatment.

Furthermore, Dr. Lamees has signed agreements and contracts with some of the most famous spas and hotels in Dubai such as Six Senses and Mina Salam at the Madinat Jumeirah. Her products are also highly popular at three leading resorts in the Maldive islands

Since its modest beginnings, sales of the Shiffa line have grown by over 59 per cent, and soon expect to be market leaders in home grown skin care products.
