The labour Guarantee Exemption at the Ministry of Labour is one of the many facilities offered by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders for Entrepreneurs to overcome obstacles due to lack of capital for development & enhancement of business.

Conditions for approval of Labour Guarantee Exemption:

• The business should be owned & operated completed by the National Entrepreneur.
• The business main Head Office should be in the Emirate of Dubai.
• The classification of the business should be Small & Medium Enterprises as per the Program’s Classification.
• The business should be at least one year in operation.
• The business trade license should be Commercial, Professional, Tourism or Industrial issued from the competent authority in the Emirate of Dubai.
• The request for Labour Guarantee Exemption should be minimum for five workers/staff.

• Letter requesting exemption for the workers
• Passport copy
• Authorized Signatory letter from the Bank with the last three months bank statement.
• Copy of the Trade license valid at least for 3 months.
• Wages Protection certificate ‘available in the Establishment’ from legalized Auditor.
• Copies of the latest LPO’s or contracts executed.
• Latest Financial Report ‘’ Final Fiscal Budget’’ from a legal Auditor certified to operate in Emirate of Dubai.
• Copy of the Company’s Card issued by the Ministry of Labour.

Important Notice:
Once all documents are completed & submitted, applicant should sign the Undertaking letter in the presence of Establishment staff.

Applicant should provide the Establishment bi-annually with Wages Protection certificate.
