Fund - Criteria

The Project should be in the Emirate of Dubai
The Project should be fully run & owned by the UAE National Entrepreneur
Non-National partner is not allowed to apply with the UAE National Entrepreneur.
Applicant’s age should be between (18-50) years old.
Preferably applicant should have Educational or Work experience in the same field of the project.
Preferably applicant should be available to run the project.
Applicant should contribute minimum 15% of the total cost of the project.
Applicant/partner should have maximum four trade license in the Emirate of Dubai at the time of the application.
Project that is will not be supported by the Establishment: Construction companies, Internet e-commerce, Internet cafes, Beauty salons, , Land Trading, Stock trading, Hotels, TV Channels & Broadcasting, Clubs. Also the Establishment Financing will not include Land purchasing and/or building on the Land.
Existing Business could be financed as long as it is classified as small & Medium Enterprises. (Annual income is less than AED 30 millions, and number of workers/staff is less than 100.)
