Business Incubation Centre is one of the pillars of Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders. The Centre aims to provide Ideal Working environment to aid in creating and developing small and medium projects, where the centre provides the ideal environment for your entrepreneurs of UAE nationals to start their own private business and secure all the support they need to effectively manage and grow their enterprises at a very reasonable cost.

Business Incubation Centre Services/Members Privileges:

The services & facilities offered by the Business Incubation Centre for Small & Medium Enterprises owned & operated by UAE nationals is the first step in the financial & business world by providing ideal environment to run existing or news project. Business Incubation Centre offers its services & facilities to members in the Emirate of Dubai.

Business Incubation Centre Services offered to the members:

1. Provide variety of offices well equipped to run projects & businesses, where young Entrepreneur in the Centre establish & run his/her business at a minimal cost fully equipped. Business Incubation Centre includes Executive offices, Workstations & Hot-desks:
   
   
   1. Hot Desks: These types of offices are considered the starting points to study a project, or start up small Enterprises, or those activities that requires the Entrepreneur to be outside the establishment most of the time and run the business through this office. These offices could be used a maximum 3-4 hour per day and exclusively to UAE nationals. This type of offices is designed for one person, and equipped with Telephone and Internet lines, where Entrepreneur’s laptop can be linked. Also available to the members: copying, faxing services as common services available to all the tenants. Please note that Tenants of these offices are not allowed to hire workers or staff under their licences due to the offices size and usability.
      
      
   2. Workstations: You can start your business; expand with little costs through the workstations in the Business Incubation Centre. In these semi-closed offices provided with dedicated Computers & telephone line, and common Photocopying and faxing services to all tenants. These workstations can fit one person, and could be used permanently during tenancy by the UAE nationals only. Also note two staff could be sponsored under the license of the workstations.
      
      
   3. Executive Offices: Once projects or business are expanding, Executive Offices are the ideal solution. These offices are available in different sizes and can fit more than one person, and equipped with more than one line with private/dedicated fax line for each Executive offices to facilitate administrative tasks. Non UAE National staffs are allowed to work in this type of offices.
      
      
2. Business Incubation Centre offers you the One Stop facility where member receive their Trade license issued from Department of Economic Development in collaboration with Entrepreneurs Relations Unit at the Government Relations Department in the Establishment. Please note that Business Incubation Centre members will receive their license free of charge and will be exempted from Local fees.
