2. Project Executive Summary Form(available at the Centre)
3. Original Trade License
4. Original Membership Certificate for Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry (if applicable).
5. Number of Establishment in the Ministry of Labour (it’s advisable to attach copy of the Company’s Card issued by Ministry of Labour).
6. Official Bank letter indicating Official Signatory on behalf of the company for banks transactions.
7. UAE Passport & naturalization identifications with copies for applicants & all partners.
8. 2 colour photographs for applicants and each partner.
9. Resume Educational & Training Certificate for applicants & each partner.

Required Documents for Business Incubation Centre Membership renewal License:

1. Tenant to Submit letter requesting continuation of Space allocation.
2. Tenant to submit Report of Company’s previous year performance and next year business plan.
