- Project must be established in the Emirate of Dubai.
- Project must be fully operated by the UAE National.
- Membership of the Business Centre should not exceed three years of date of registration.
- Leasing contract to be renewed bi-annually upon review of member’s & company’s performance.
- During exemption period One license will be issued, another license could be obtained if and only activities of the new license are compatible to the first license.
- The owner and/or manager are UAE national, Non-national partner is prohibited.
- Number of Trade license issued per applicant prior to submitting membership application should not exceed four.
- If the application is for an existing business, it should not exceed three years.
- Type of activities of the New Company should be compatible and complementary to the Establishment’s set-category.
- Please note the following:
- Hot Desks are not authorized to sponsor staff or issue a working permit.
- Workstations are sanctioned to two non-national staff “maximum”, and are not permitted to conduct business within SME premises.
- Executive Offices are permitted number of non-national staff, this number to be determined by Ministry of Labour.
